Easy Medical computer system technical support (currently all positions are occupied)

What will your responsibilities be?

  • You will provide technical support services, online and by phone, for hospitals, clinics or medical analysis laboratories that use the Easy Medical computer system;
  • You will record incidents/requirements in the internal CRM (tracking requests made by customers app);
  • You will track incidents from opening to closing;
  • You will be responsible for regular reporting internally and to the client;
  • You will be encouraged to join a software implementation team; (optional)
  • You will be encouraged to actively participate in the implementation of the IT system (involves travel to different cities in the country). (optional)

 

You must…

  • Be persevering, responsible and able to work in a team;
  • Be eager and open to learn new things. We are looking for proactive people;
  • Have basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office: Excel, Word;
  • Have basic knowledge in using browsers: Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Chrome, Safari;
  • Be familiar with the online environment.

 

What could bring you an extra advantage?

  • Knowing to use TeamViewer, LogMeIn or other remote desktop applications;
  • Knowing how some operating systems work;
  • Having knowledge in the use/configuration of cash registers, barcode printers;
  • Having knowledge of web or C ++ programming.
